The Hawker Pacific quality management system is independently audited to the ISO 9001 Standard by Bureau Veritas and is applied across all Companies and operations.

The quality system is integrated with aviation safety, security, occupational health and safety and environment management systems.

The Hawker Pacific Quality Policy is:

Quality is defined as conformance to requirements - in this regard we work with our customers and suppliers (both external and internal) to define and agree on requirements.

We use risk management and prevention strategies to ensure we meet the agreed requirements.

We aim constantly to carry out each process right the first time.

We measure quality costs.

The application of the abovementioned policy results in continual improvement of our processes and procedures.

The Hawker Pacific Quality system is recognised by a number of National Aviation and Military Authorities for a wide range of activities including maintenance repair and overhaul, manufacture, flight operations, design and technical services and spares and logistics management.
