The Hawker Pacific quality management system is independently audited to the ISO 9001 Standard by Bureau Veritas and is applied across all Companies and operations.

The quality system is integrated with aviation safety, security, occupational health and safety and environment management systems.

Quality is defined as conformance to requirements, Hawker Pacific work with our customers and suppliers to define and agree on requirements and use risk management and prevention strategies to ensure agreed requirements are met.
  • We aim constantly to carry out each process right the first time
  • We measure quality costs
  • We continually improve our processes and procedures

Hawker Pacific’s Quality System is recognised by National Aviation and Military Authorities for a wide range of activities: maintenance repair and overhaul, manufacture, flight operations, design and technical services and spares and logistics management.
